ArmInfo.On May 10, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Special Representative of the  Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for Promoting the Normalization of Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group  Igor Khovaev. This was reported by the press service of the RA government.

ArmInfo. Azerbaijan is most likely preparing for a major escalation, it is in this context that the incident near Tegh village should be seen and understood and that  it was planned in advance. Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen  Grigoryan stated in an interview with CivilNet, referring to the  Azerbaijani provocation on the sovereign territory of the Republic of  Armenia.

ArmInfo.Actions and discussions related to Artsakh should have clear goals, formed on the basis of national interests, and principles and red lines - above any  narrow and short-term interests, including domestic political ones.  State Minister of the Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan wrote about  this on his Facebook page.  In this regard, he stressed that this  refers to the political forces and figures of Artsakh, Armenia as  well as the Diaspora, starting with himself.

ArmInfo.Ensuring direct communication between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan is a priority the format of the meeting is secondary. James Warlick, the  former co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group from the United States,  expressed a similar point of view in an interview with the Voice of  America.

ArmInfo.The foreign ministers of the OSCE Minsk Group co- chairing countries - Russia, the United States and France, adopted a statement on the Karabakh settlement.   As reported by TASS, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told  reporters on the sidelines of a meeting of the OSCE Council of  Foreign Ministers (CFM).
